Randy is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Hercules Pharmaceuticals where he will assume enterprise-wide responsibility for national expansion, provider network development, and manufacturer engagement. He will oversee all business development functions across Hercules and its GPO, Aria, with a focus on scaling the company’s influence across the U.S. healthcare landscape.

Previously, Randy was the Chief Executive Officer at Utah Cancer Specialists, Utah’s most extensive community oncology practice, consisting of 20 medical oncologists, four radiation oncologists, 25 advanced practitioners, and one supportive care physician. The practice continues to grow and has over 350 employees spanning 13 locations. It also offers a medically integrated pharmacy and has a robust early and late phase research program.

Before Utah Cancer Specialists, Randy worked 18 years at UPS (United Parcel Service) in operations, health, and safety, and ultimately as the Region Occupational Health Manager in Louisville, Kentucky.
